Fuel System Compliance

Environmental regulators now impose strict enforcement laws pertaining to underground and aboveground storage tanks. Storage and fuel systems found to be out of compliance can be extremely costly for your business to remediate. Leaks, in particular, also can have negative impacts on the groundwater in your area. Managing the compliance of these regulations can also be a huge, and regulations constantly evolve. We keep up on all the regulations that could apply to your systems and create the plan you need to stay fully in compliance.

So let us manage the compliance of your underground and above-ground storage tank systems. We provide compliance management and testing for hundreds of Bay Area and Northern California companies.

Our Technicians carry out their assignments with precision while always keeping your needs paramount by working hard to minimize your downtime.

We provide:

  • Monitoring System Certifications
  • Tank and Product Line Testing
  • Line Leak Detectors
  • Secondary Containment
  • Cathodic Protection
  • Overfill Prevention
  • Other compliance services or tests as required at your fueling facility

Compliance Testing

When contracting for compliance services, you want accurate results with minimal disruption to your business operations. In Compliance Services has a strong reputation for delivering both, keeping you up
and running while confirming that your site is operating safely and is in compliance with the law.

Whatever your compliance testing needs, In Compliance Services will provide the diagnostics and remediation recommendations you need. Our long-tenured staff, fully trained and certified, can run a
total compliance program for your entire UST site, or test particular system components.

Tank, Line & Leak Detector Testing

Have us perform verification tests on your entire UST system, inspecting tanks, piping and leak detectors, to ensure that your whole system is free from any leaks.

Secondary Containment Testing

Secondary containment systems are your fuel system’s second line of defense, providing important protection from leaking components. Product leaking from sumps, pipes, dispenser pans or spill buckets can cause accumulating damage to the environment and potentially the drinking water supply if the fuel reaches the water table.

Spill Bucket Testing

We check to see that your spill containment buckets are properly set up to prevent petroleum products from being released into the environment should a spill or overfill occur. Over time, exposure to fuel and weather can cause containment buckets to deteriorate over time and can spring their own leaks. These system components cannot be overlooked during inspections!

AST Services

Operators of above ground storage tanks are required by Federal law to perform regular inspections of tank facilities, following each facility’s SPCC Facilities Plan.
